Proprietary cross-chain aggregation protocol O3 Swap submitted an ITO application. O3 Swap has passed the preliminary review after the ITO Review Committee’s thorough examination and sufficient communication with the project. The voting result from the $MASK community will decide whether Mask Network supports this ITO.

The Snapshot vote will last for 36 hours, all $MASK holders could vote “Yes” or “No” on this ITO. The quorum is 200,000 $MASK (the vote is not valid until there are at least 200,000 votes), with a more than 66.67% approval ratio.

Round 1: Total value: $150,000 Limit Per Address: 700 Price per $O3: $1.00 $MASK balance at snapshot: ≥1000

Round 2: Total value: $250,000 Limit Per Address: 650 Price per $O3: $1.00 $MASK balance at snapshot: ≥500

Round 3: Total value: $200,000 Limit Per Address: 350 Price per $O3: $1.00 $MASK balance required to participate (no snapshot): ≥150

Notes:

1. You can participate in all three rounds of ITO as long as you meet $MASK holder requirements. There will be a snapshot of the $MASK balance for Round 1&2 of ITO.

2. If $O3 in the former round is not fully sold out, the rest of $O3 will be added to the next round of ITO. Each round of ITO will last 1 hour.

3. The amount of the whitelist addresses (added from the event O3 Labs launched) will be 60. Addresses in the list could participate in all three rounds of ITO without further $MASK balance requirement.

4. O3 Swap has the right to reject the bot addresses when whitelisting.

5. All the addresses which voted for “Yes” will have the chance to receive $O3 airdrops, the details will be announced later.

6. Random factors will be added to the Round 3 of ITO to make bots less competitive.

7. The right of final interpretation reserves to O3 Swap and Mask Network.
