Minter One Generator (SPV) Ltd currently operates with a single Minter address mapped to collateral storage in Luxembourg. This proposal introduces a second, distinct Minter address to be mapped to a newly set up collateral storage in the Cayman Islands.
This dual set up of collateral storage in 2 jurisdictions will allow Minter One Generator (SPV) Ltd to operate with a higher level of flexibility and resilience.
