Summary

Lil Nouns Devconnect Scavenger Hunt. This will be a combination of GPS POAPs and IYK disc. The idea is to bring all of crypto together during Devconnect to get to know each other outside of an event that’s not drug/alcohol centered. A scavenger hunt will help all get to know the city by taking part the scavenger hunt. And if you are a Buenos Aires resident you can view it from the lens of outsiders.

Lessons learned from Farcon. More prize money, content needs to be evergreen. Centralized location of all images and Lil Scavenger Hunt but decentralized (IPFS).

Cost

Total = ~$5,600. A breakdown of costs are below:

• 6 POAPs x $150 =$900
  • Will pay two Nouns Artist (preferred) $150 for each POAP (4 total per artist to meet deadline
  • This will be a round Nouns GG
• Prize Money = $2200 this will be used to entice people to participate
  • $400 best english video/content
  • $400 best spanish video/content
  • $1500 the rest
• IYK Disc = $50 cost of POAP puck
• Website = $300
  • Will create an IPFS website consolidating images, videos, content all in one page. This will be for Farcon Scavenger Hunt and Devconnect. ENS domain registration, IPFS pinned for 10 years storage, Videos Arweave.
• Ops for Gramajo = $1000
• Content, Marketing, Video Editor = $750
• Nouns Branded Burnr Wallet (x6 yes its not Lils sorry) = $120
• Lil Scavenger Hunt Stickers/Pin (Design and StickerMule)= $350

To deter scammers, you must have a POAP from either meeting Patricio, Gramajo, attended a previous Devconnect, last scavenger hunt.
