Deliverables

• Download all audio content from X (and any other platforms used to stream) and make it available for DAO use, via a Lil Nouns Show frontend hosted on TheLilNouns.Show;
• Pushing forward with an integration with one of the worlds largest cross-chain data platforms; allowing our show to be platformed to a larger and broader audience;
• Mint each weekly episode using bound.wtf when the ability to do so is implemented;
• Provide quarterly updates to the DAO on what we have achieved in audio/video/written format via minting using bound.wtf;
• Directing listeners/viewers on each show to the Lil Nouns Discord and lilnouns.wtf
• Ensuring a slot is always available for a Lil Nouns builder to come on to talk about their proposal;
• All links on pages & shows will have UTM parameters to allow for tracking traffic and engagement to lilnouns.wtf;
• Provide monthly reports on traffic and engagement; and

What is The Lil Nouns Show?

• The Lil Nouns Show is a weekly Lil Nouns funded X spaces show. The show has been hosted on The Noun Square since its inception (10 Oct 2022 - 18 Nov 2023) which has enabled us to reach a wider variety of communities.
• The show consists of a team of five co-hosts, who also take on the roles of researchers, operations and guest bookings.
• The show looks to position itself as the customer facing ‘front of house’ for Lil Nouns DAO and has done so for the last 12 months.

Prior Funding

• Lil Funding - We have completed a one month, four episode pilot in which we received retro funding at a cost to the DAO of 0.125 ETH per host, per episode. Totalling 2 ETH.
• On Chain Proposal - Proposal 68 was an on chain proposal to Lil Nouns DAO that passed 1185 votes to 334. A total of 47 unique addresses voted ‘for’ with just 4 addresses voting ‘against’ making it one of the most successful proposals in Lil Nouns DAO history. There were no abstain votes recorded.
• On Chain Proposal - Proposal 94 was an on chain second term funding proposal to Lil Nouns DAO that passed 1506 votes to 337.
• On Chain Proposal - Proposal 120 was an on chain third funding proposal to Lil Nouns DAO that passed 1226 votes to 477.
• On Chain Proposal - Proposal 138 was an on chain funding proposal to Lil Nouns DAO that passed 1150 to 487.

What have we been doing?

The Lil Nouns Show has aimed to be the consistent mouthpiece of the DAO outside of internal communications (discord). We have produced 61 weekly episodes of the show all with the aim of highlighting the DAO to other communities and guests. In doing so, we believe that we have enabled Lil Nouns DAO to be recognised as a legitimate, flourishing and active project that has stood the test of time throughout the downturn in the crypto market.

In doing so, we have become the ‘go-to’ weekly show in the Nouns ecosystem to host project founders, artists, proposers and everyone in-between. This is something we are proud of, and we now believe that we are in an excellent position to capitalize on this popularity, going into what we all expect to be more favourable market conditions in 2024.

During this term we also had the opportunity to bring The Lil Nouns Show on the road when we conducted a special with Jesse Pollak live from the Base House during Art Basel 2023. During the show, Jesse and the Base accounts tweeted (to their combined 516,900 followers) that they were live on TLNS with Jesse minting a Lil Nouns LIVE during the show. Over the next 6 months we will actively look to engage in more of these opportunities as they present themselves.

What are we going to do next?

We have worked hard throughout the last three months to not only iterate and change the show for the better, but also to take on feedback from our DAO members of what we could do better and what they think would be of value to the DAO. Therefore, the following changes will be implemented to The Lil Nouns Show going forward:

• A six month term, to enable us to build and scale without uncertainty;
• Utilizing analytics to assess, amongst other things, impact on shows CTA’s, via Click-through Rate to the DAO’s Discord and Auction page;
• Hosting The Lil Nouns Show fully from TLNS X account;
• On-boarding a full time market analyst to cover a wider breadth of topics of interest, during the show; and
• Potential integration with one of the world’s largest cross chain data platforms.

A change from our usual spot hosted on The Noun Square is expected to see a decrease in listeners, initially due to the current promotion of the show being conducted by two separate X accounts, however; if TLNS is to grow outside of it’s current bubble then it is a necessary step to take to enable us to push on and become an even bigger voice across the X spaces scene. This has been discussed on numerous community calls within Lil Nouns DAO discord, and is generally agreed upon that it is the right path to take.

A 6 month term will enable us as a team to not have to go back to the DAO again in three months with what will likely be reduced metrics from previous terms. It is our intent that come the end of this 6 month term, we will be pulling in better figures than we have in the previous 3 months of funding (Oct - Dec 2023).

As always, we will remain at our current cadence of one show, every Monday at 6pm EST, throughout the next period of funding. We have had great success in this slot and less for a few changes to accommodate what we regard as great guests, we have remained fairly consistent in this approach. As always, we have a set of principles and pillars in which we stick too and they are as follows:

• We will remain on our usual Monday 6pm EST slot;
• We will continue to expose Lil Nouns to other web3 communities;
• We will engage with those in our community without a voice and give them a stage to speak; and
• We will to be a focal point on X for those seeking more information about our DAO

Team Bios

• April - I’m April, a web3 enthusiast who has been exploring the NFT space since August 2021, yet to my detriment I only properly dove into the Nouns ecosystem well into 2022. Since then I have become obsessed with how this dream of an open-source brand can succeed. Outside of this world my background is in PR & communications (in-house & agency side) having worked for many years in Amsterdam and London, before following my other passion (skiing) and moving to the other side of the world.
• Cardno - I entered the space in late 2021. I initially became aware of NFTs through the visibility on twitter of BAYC (of course) and after falling into the ‘Fast Food Punks’ discord, (strange, I know) I found myself on a call with the founder within 10 minutes, and being given an NFT 101 chat from him. I was onboarded. Since then, I have been a moderator of various projects such as 3Landers, Chimpers, Lorem and Sugartown. I have also been the host of the official 3Landers twitter spaces show. I am currently a signer for the Lil Funding Gnosis wallet in Lil Nouns and have also seen out a term as a Lil Representative. I also am entrusted with the role of ‘League of Lils’ which means I am on the multi sig for the wallet our DAO uses to place its votes with Nouns DAO.
• Crxsher - I entered the space in February 2021, first in crypto, then in NFTs on Harmony, and finally in Ethereum in April. My first purchase was a piece of Sandbox land, which I then traded for two BAYC Apes, and the rest is history. I’ve had a few successes, made many mistakes, but what has never wavered is my belief that Web3 constitutes a major shift in how the world will interact in the future. I’m a frequent guest on many Twitter spaces in addition to co-hosting the 3Landers spaces, hoping to share, engage, learn and grow as we move forward in NFTs. I’m most active these days in BAYC, Ghxsts, Chimpers, Zen Academy and Lil Nouns, although you’ll find me engaging in several others as well.
• English - I entered this space as a research consultant for a friend who was looking to leverage their musical IP assets in web 3. Upon my research I engaged with multiple communities and ended up moderating for 3landers and Lorem. I am currently working with a web2 gaming company looking to launch their first nft project.
• Hudah - Hudah has been working in the NFT industry since early 2021 as an NFT Strategist at CryptoSlam, Forkast News, and Forkast Labs. He is also the Community Manager at Ozzy Osbourne’s CryptoBatz, and co-founder of the Non Fungible idiots (a private alpha group co-created with Henry the Grape). As a father of three and a tech enthusiast who lived in IRC, ICQ, and early internet platforms since the late 90s, Hudah says that he didn’t join Web3 in 2020, instead he was always here.
