Description Summary: Extend Nouns Acquisition Committee Mandate Send an additional 75 ETH to NAC Multisig Purchase more nouns using autobidder

Workstream mandates: Attempt to acquire Nouns from the daily public auction. For any given auction, do not exceed 20% premium to the average settle price of the last three (3) auctions. Use the autobidder smart contract to try and get the lowest possible pricing. Run the auto bidding contract until we successfully enough nouns that we don’t have the funds to continue bidding. When Nouns are successfully acquired, send them directly to the treasury upon settlement.
