Terra Operator Onboarding Wave 2: Should the Lido DAO add the ten shortlisted staking provider organizations as node operators?
The Lido Node Operator Subgovernance Group has evaluated 25 applications of staking provider organizations and decided to recommend the addition of 8 of them to the whitelisted Anchor bLUNA node operators on Terra.
The recommended node operators are: 01node, Blockscape, Everstake, Figment, Smart Stake, SkillZ, Stakin, and Syncnode
This vote that will run for a week seeks to gather whether LDO holders support the onboarding of these. Our goal with onboarding new node operators is to improve the decentralization of Lido and Terra in general, to increase the resilience, as well as to onboard new organizations with strong skill sets and alignment with Lido to help grow liquid staking on Terra and on other networks.
