Lido DAO

The following is a vote consisting of two parts:

1. Stake flattening on Terra proposal (https://research.lido.fi/t/stake-flattening-on-terra/1655)
2. Baseline for Lido validators on Terra proposal (https://research.lido.fi/t/baseline-for-lido-validators-on-terra/1656) taking into account the edition made based on validators feedback (https://research.lido.fi/t/baseline-for-lido-validators-on-terra/1656/5)

If the vote will pass, two things are going to be made:

1. The delegations of Lido Hub are going to be artificially distributed equally among validators following the process described in the proposal (1).
2. The rules are going to be adopted that allow the removal of underperforming validators from Lido’s whitelist. The conditions of removal are (see the (2) proposal for the details):
   • being slashed/jailed/tombstoned,
   • signing less than 80% of the latest 100 000 blocks,
   • 6-hours period without signed blocks,
   • providing less than 80% of oracle votes for a month,
   • 6-hours period with no oracle votes,
   • missing a network update,
   • setting the commission rate more than 10%,
   • missing more than 4 out of 20 latest votes on the Terra governance.
