Sunset Lido on Terra
The collapse of UST and Luna and the migration to a new chain have left Terra Classic in an altered state, with multiple core modules disabled, which prevents Lido on Terra from operating normally. Given the exodus of developers, validators and capital from the legacy network, as well as the risks to our users and to the DAO, the Lido on Terra team proposes to wind down our Terra Classic implementation, as well as the Anchor <> stETH integration.
We propose the following procedure, to be started one month after a favorable vote:
- Shut down the UIs (https://terra.lido.fi and https://anchor.lido.fi)
- Make all Terra contracts non-upgradeable and make the owner invalid
- Prevent the minting of bETH and stop bots
The proposed options are:
A. Shut down Lido on Terra Classic and stETH <> Anchor integration using the proposed procedure.
B. Do not shut down/re-evaluate the procedure.
