Lido DAO

This proposal seeks to formalise the transition of the Lido for Solana project from the Chorus One to the P2P team by updating the incentive structure enabling P2P to align with the goals of the Lido DAO for the Lido for Solana project at large, and enabling Chorus One to adequately support the transition, as well as to be compensated for the work and value delivered to the Lido DAO.

If this Snapshot vote passes, the in May 2021 accepted “Proposal: Lido for Solana (Chorus One)” and associated incentives will be nullified and updated with the newly proposed incentive structure. Key details:

Introducing a one-off 650k LDO payment with 2-year vesting for work and value delivered by Chorus One (including upcoming Anchor integration).

Updating milestone-based incentives to more reasonable market share milestones (in total upon reaching 15% market share, P2P would have received 1.75m LDO and Chorus One 350k LDO (for supporting/staying aligned during the transition)).

Transitioning Lido developer revenue share percentage to P2P upon completion (and intermediary share between Chorus One and P2P).
