Replace Rated Labs with MatrixedLink in Lido on Ethereum Oracle set, following the Snapshot decision (items 1-4).

Rename Node Operators with IDs 23 (CryptoManufaktur) and 36 (Numic) and update the reward addresses as requested on the forum: CryptoManufaktur, Numic (items 5-10).

On-chain Delegation (items 11-13). Approved on Snapshot, this proposal enhances Lido DAO’s governance by updating two contracts:
- Aragon Voting: allows LDO holders to delegate voting power while retaining override rights and enabling delegates to participate in on-chain voting on behalf of their delegators. Includes Lido Aragon Voting Repo upgrade. Audited by Ackee and Statemind.
- TRP Voting Adapter: allows TRP participants to delegate their voting power. Checked by MixBytes.
