Breakdown of funds: $100K in total. $30K to KaliDAO dev team for developer time $30K to LeXpunK team for legal support (research and analysis of solution wrt corporate governance / compliance / regulatory alignment) $40K for smart contract audits
If the outcome of this vote from the L3X Holders is in support of the proposal, the LeXpunK Origins team will bring the proposal to the Builder Defense DAO for further consideration and discussion w/ the KaliDAO team.
