NOLA Project Extension

This is a proposal to simply extend the deadline in my previous New Orleans Pelicans outreach proposal from May 31, 2023 to August 31, 2023; in order to continue our ongoing outreach efforts that are well underway: all being done with the hope of landing KH a meeting opportunity with the Pelicans top brass.
