Project Details
This proposal is to approve the funds required to pay for the legal work that is beginning for entity creation for Krause House.
Our legal counsel has recommended we create a Panama Foundation + Panama Company to hold Krause House DAO. These funds will pay our Panamanian vendor & our legal counsel for work required to complete this work.
