Proposal

Compensation

• $6000 USD monthly to fund Season 4 Media Team
• $2000 USD monthly to outsource video & graphic development (DAO Members/Fiverr/Seasoned Writers/)
• Duration: 2 months (2 week check-ins from the Stewards Team to ensure the vision is aligned with Krause House)
• The Stewards Team may cancel this funding stream. This proposal can also be cancelled via community vote (as is the case with any proposal)

Permission

• Nibblez to have Full Twitter Account Access & Brill to have Tweetdeck as part of 2 week trial.
• Revisit additional access to KH socials after 2 weeks based on Steward’s feedback.

Intention + Purpose

• Formulate a committee dedicated to overseeing the KrauseHouse Social Media direction
• Committee to oversee the direction by facilitating and fostering an environment involving engagement and collaboration with community.

Scope of Work

• Strategy meetings
• Review meetings
• Being present in other significant meetings
• Content creating and planning
• Hosting Twitter Spaces
• Audiograms
• Social platform
• Support other media work. (Ie. Jerry’s Digest, Pig Pen, Around the association etc…)

The team will collectively commit 50-60 hours total per week.

Grassroots Media Structure

• we can leverage our global contributor base to suggest posts on all social media platforms
• small editorial team that would will review in #media-team & #pig-pen-media
  • editorial team responsibilities will also include:
    • sharing ideas for what other pieces to write about
    • syndicating ideas to the more broader community (bc ppl need 1) validation that ppl read their stuff 2) inspiration for their next steps)
    • api tools to review for plagiarism, fact checking, optimize for SEO etc
    • compensation & tracking contributions
• maintain consistency of content quality
• create a team with 24/7 availability for execution of posts

Basic community contributors

• Contributors can SUGGEST what to like & comment
• Editorial / Execution layer team will then like & comment
