Proposal

• Approve the use of Ball Hogs branding for the following NFT collection.
• Final Design must be approved via another Snapshot vote.
• Split 50% of gross margin (Sales - gas - marketplace fee) to Krause House’s treasury.

Contexts

We all agree that sneakers have been a cornerstone of basketball culture. Air Jordan, LeBron, Curry Flow… You name it. We purchase sneakers of our favorite players, wear them on the streets, brag about having them to our friends, and make them part of our identity. In other words, sneakers have deepened the relationship between players and fans.

Also, as we move toward the Web3 era, the idea of self-expression in the digital space is gaining more popularity. According to recent research by Business of Fashion, more than 50% of the US general population wants to purchase digital items in the last 12 months as a new way to enjoy fashion.

I believe ownership of digital sneaker NFTs will be a new way for the young generation to build a relationship with players and teams. As the first step, I propose to create a one of a kind Ball Hogs-themed digital sneaker NFTs and sell them on OpenSea.

The owners will be able to display their sneakers on the AR App that my company, Joyfa is releasing. The community will also be able to showcase their digital sneakers on a metaverse-based sneaker rack Joyfa will launch next year.

• Design 3D digital sneakers under Ball Hog’s branding
• Issue the sneakers as NFTs

Krause House

• Approve the use of Krause House and/or Ball Hogs branding
• Approve the design of the sneakers - Community Voting
• Marketing and promotional collaboration pre launch of the NFTs - Media Team
• Support user acquisition by sharing the sales info on its social media and Discord - Media Team
• OPTIONAL: KH to display Digital Sneaker NFTs in the KH Merch store + MyJerry
• OPTIONAL: Buy Sneaker NFTs in MyJerry and your Jerry can level up quicker

Sales

• Supply: 300 ~ 500
• Price: 0.05 ~ 0.08 ETH
• Marketplace: OpenSea
• Split: 50% of gross margin (Sales - gas - marketplace fee) goes to the Krause House’s treasury.
