Scope of Work

A stream request is designed to give contributors freedom and encouragement to work across multiple domains across the DAO; however, here are the current main focuses / intentions:

• Esports - lead the effort to build a competitive NBA2K22 team with the goal of being affiliated with an actual NBA team. Enhance our partnership with BLVKHVND dsports org and build our presence on Twitch, YouTube, and social media sites
• International League Exploration - project management support to our talented team working toward owning and operating a decentralized sports organization. Continue responsibilities from Phase I of this project
• Agents on-boarding - provide a best-in-class onboarding experience by bringing new Jerry’s into the DAO and getting them aligned with our mission, values, and goals. Weekly POAP creation for Draft Night and continued communication with draftees
• Metaverse - build our presence, specifically through Gather, with KH branded maps and original assets. Support KH events. Support potentially other metaverses & activities. I’m often found sitting at my desk in KH Gather, come say hi and co-work with me!
• Dev - Intern to the Dev team; help design and make POAPs/NFTs for events and our organization. Learn and help build future dApps for KH
• Vibes - continue to be an active and open member in the KH discord and metaverse. WAGBAT!

This contributor may submit a request for up to the specified amount based on self-assessment of their work.

Intention

This is intended to encourage contributors to take immediate action on a wide range of problems/opportunities, as opposed to proceeding through the slower process of submitting a proposal for a narrow scope of work.

We prefer to invest in and groom talent, giving them the freedom and capital they need to be entrepreneurs within our community.  We value self-starters who are able to take action and deliver quality work.

Both the community and the Stewardship team have the power to cancel this stream if it is being abused.  In addition, if a contributor abuses this trust, they are effectively burning their social credibility and ability to successfully submit proposals in the future.  We expect some lossiness; however, we believe the benefits of getting good work off the ground is worth this small cost.
