I propose to update the parameters in a number of courts.

Motivation:

These updates account for crypto and particularly gas price changes since the previous update. The calculator attempts to make sure that jurors will be properly incentivized at gas prices up to 30 gwei and that an average coherent juror should receive a reward that at least covers gas up to 75 gwei.

See the following document for estimations and assumptions about required juror effort, etc. Note that the model of lazy strategies for the Humanity court has been adapted to better take into account effects coming from the cases in this court where there are rounds with a single juror.
