Summary

1. Periodically send USDC from the JuiceboxDAO multisig to filipv.eth to pay for Figma, Notion, Google, and other subscriptions used by JuiceboxDAO. Context: as of June 2024, these subscriptions cost $227.24 per month.
2. Periodically send ETH from the multisig to reimburse gas fees incurred when sending JuiceboxDAO’s payouts or reserved JBX. Context: reimbursing all of these transactions from March 17th to June 8th 2024 cost 0.24 ETH – an average of 0.087 ETH per 30 days.

Motivation

JuiceboxDAO is still using these services, but JBP-415 - Continue Paying for Subscriptions (Again) expires on July 1st, 2024 and JBP-462: Authorize Payout/Reserved Token Gas Reimbursements for 180 Days expires on June 19th, 2024.

Specification

Any multisig signer can queue reimbursements at any time, but while this proposal is active:

• Subscription reimbursements must amount to less than 500 USDC per 30 days on average.
• Gas reimbursements must amount to less than 0.2 ETH per 30 days on average.

Timeline

This proposal will remain active for 180 days, starting at the time of its approval.
