Motivation

This is an implementation step for JBP-505 to eliminate reimbursement transactions.

Specification

Send $450 USDC to 0x341c46344f57a3bad101385e901ccf886af71153 on mainnet. This is an address tied to a spritz.finance virtual debit card created by jigglyjams. This will be used to cover offchain expenses that are currently being funded by filipv and require reimbursement. The debit card number has been sent to filipv who controls the services, now we must fund it with USDC so we can start charging items to it. This amount should cover 4-5 months of offchain fees. Any remaining fees will remain on the debit card and be used for future months.

If the debit card through spritz is a success then we should propose another transfer in the future. If there are any issues we should reassess and find a new service. Another potential option is raincards.xyz which jigglyjams also recently signed up for.
