Thesis:

Renew my recurring payout to US$4500 per cycle.

Motivation:

Things I am going to do:

• Track various v2 protocol data, integrate into dune dashboards and a individual site for off-chain analytics (for example, DAO health metrics)

• Keep focus on community alignment and actively support members if they have issues

• Keep updating dune dashboards if there is need, for example Juicebox Benefits Airdrop to track data of according airdrop proposal, Juicebox Portfolio to support jango’s request and Period selector to suits aeolian’s request

• Research on various DAOs, what product are they using to manage spending/payouts? And what’s Juicebox pros and cons compared to similar protocols?

• Validating and queuing transactions for multisig to execute based on proposals and bookkeeping files

• Explore the Juicebox ecosystem (how many service DAO has thrive, what’s status of internal project which may benefits the broader community etc), take part in and write my observations on Twitter or Blog

• Organize the Chinese translation of our new info site (Docs and Blogs), with the great help of @zhape1112 to produce a high-quality content

Things I’ve done:

Analytics / Data Viz

• Juicebox Protocol Overview (various protocol data, re-organization of charts, searchable summary data of all projects and contributors and assets data)

• Juicebox Project (updated with cumulative payout/reserve trend and other data)

• Juicebox Portfolio (track how much you have contributed to / earned from various Juicebox projects)

• Juicebox Benefits Airdrop (track data of airdrop)

Community alignment (support)

• Support in Discord during daytime in UTC+8

• Help with several discussion about PandaDAO, refund contract implementation and verify token ownership on etherscan.

• Help with rescue 2.518 ETH(tx) from Sequoia Capital DAO (discord discussions)

Translation / Educational

• Help and guide Chinese community to participle in Temperature check discussion, answer everything people want to know about the Juicebox. Keep things transparent and mitigate language gap by supporting translations on various discussion and documents.

• Configured several auto translation channels, including languages for Chinese and English

• For proposals, organize Chinese translations before Snapshot phase (example in FC#17), translate the summary of proposals and notify people about the ongoing proposals (start from FC#11 to FC#20)

• Juicebox protocol use-cases report: AssangeDAO ConstitutionDAO SharkDAO TileDAO (Chinese version)

Other

• Juicebox weekly town-hall text summary in Chinese (from 3.8 - 3.29), check index tweet

• Organized the execution of JBP-111 Multisig Expansion, written Multisig onboarding docs

• Sync and follow up ongoing audits (PeckShield & CertiK). Check financial detail and reports on notion task.

• Proofread on Crowdin for website translations

Risks:

I might fail to deliver what I’ve promised here.

Mitigate: I’ve been contributing to JuiceboxDAO since FC#11, always delivered what I’ve planned in the proposals and finding new tasks that I could help.

Timeline:

Include in reconfiguration of FC#22, for 90-days period.
