Synopsis

Renew recurring payout for zhape.eth.

Motivation

I want to continue contributing to JuiceboxDAO, help expanding the adoption of Juicebox protocol, and support the coordination in our ecosystem.

Specification

Pay zhape.eth US$500 equivalent of ETH and 250,000 JBX each funding cycle, for total 8 FCs. JBX payments can be made every 2 cycles to reduce burden for the multisig.

Rationale

What I have done in the last payout period

1. As the Town Hall of Juicebox DAO has turned on a slower tempo, I have made just a handful of summaries during last payout period: https://docs.juicebox.money/town-hall/ and https://docs.juicebox.money/zh/town-hall/.
2. At the beginning of each governance cycle, I post threaded Chinese tweets, and share summaries of those new proposals so that people can get the gist of them before they want get more engaged, in a hope to help increase governance involvement from more token holders.https://twitter.com/zhape1112
3. I translated some articles concerning JBX, Retailism and Revnets into Chinese on https://zhape.eth.limo/ and shared them with cn community. Recently I am also trying to share some of my thoughts / perspectives into blogposts.
4. A mod in the JuiceboxDAO Discord CN channels. I have been sharing updated info of Juicebox ecosystem with our members, as well as answering their questions and etc. I have been trying to smooth out communication and support efforts in proposal submitting, in order to get their opinions heard and move them closer into our community activities.

What I plan to do in the new payout period

1. Town hall these days are not happening regularly, I should not try to get compensated for this job. But I will follow closely all the updates in our ecosystem, and relay them to other community members, so that they can get most up-to-date info about the developments in our ecosystem, and join our discussions on a timely basis if they feel interested.
2. I want to write more about all the different working mechanisms in our ecosystem, because I want people in the rest of the world can understand more about Juicebox and appreciate its meaning to our common future. Also, as now it seems JuiceboxDAO will be more aligned with the development of Bananapus and Revnets in the future, I want to help tell those stories, support users’ more active interaction with applications like Bannyverse, Defifa, Croptop, Revnet and etc.
3. As the proposal to stop $JBX new issuance has been approved and executed by the DAO, I want get more involved in the discussions for our future improvements to the tokenomic model. This is a pivotal moment in DAO’s development, I want to be a part of these efforts to make Juicebox great.
4. Support all the needs of our community members, such as proposal making, internal communication, governance involvement enhancement, and etc. Try to host some sessions to exchange information or opinions with CN community members when the timing is right.
5. I feel my job as a moderator in our Discord CN server is quite meaningful, I want to keep on working to help deepen mutual understanding, reconcile relationship, serve to help those members’ voices heard, and work for their reasonable benefits.
