Thesis

The multisig should transfer ETH to the @juicebox project to resolve a discrepancy described in JuiceboxDAO Operations Post Mortem, and reimburse gas fees incurred while resolving other discrepancies.

To be clear: the DAO is not paying for these mistakes. All funds are being returned, and once these transfers take place, ETH/JBX balances will be similar (see Rationale) to what they would have been if the mistakes never took place.

Motivation

1. These discrepancies are currently unresolved, potentially reducing confidence in the DAO.
2. While returning funds to JuiceboxDAO, WAGMI Studios sent 2.18181 ETH to the multisig instead of returning it to the @juicebox project. This ETH should be returned to the @juicebox project.

Specification

1. JuiceboxDAO multisig to transfer 2.18181 ETH to @juicebox
2. Approve the following multisig gas reimbursements (a total of 0.089252221533532139 ETH):

• The 0.089252221533532139 ETH in gas reimbursements
• 7945.178666620795951571 JBX in reserved v3 JBX issuance (split between reserved rate recipients).
• WAGMI Studios has yet to return 1.090296762208941519 ETH.

This proposal relies on @wagmi-studios’ cooperation, and trusts that they will return the remaining 1.090296762208941519 ETH.
