Renew recurring payout and reserved token beneficiary for zhape.eth.

Motivation

zhape.eth hopes to keep on contributing to JuiceboxDAO, in areas of visibility, community alignment, governance, and etc.

Specification

Pay zhape.eth US$1,500 equivalent of ETH and 500,000 JBX each funding cycle, total 8 FCs, keep his status as a reserved token beneficiary.

Rationale

What I have done in the last payout period

1. Town Hall summaries. I have always been thinking that the JuiceboxDAO Town Hall is a very important window to peek into the ongoing development efforts and directions of our community. I have been trying my best to compile the content of this meeting into reports, adding context, history backgroud, images and links, to help other members who are not fully updated to ongoing matters grasp the gist of the topics discussed in these meetings. I use simple languages and re-organize the content if needed so that readers may find easier to understand. During last payout period from August 15th till December 1st, I have made 13 summaries, which can all be found here: https://docs.juicebox.money/town-hall/
2. Chinese version of town hall summaries. With the language barrier, it is not very easy for our Chinese speaking community members to join our conversation, grab information and understand more about Juicebox ecosystem and JuiceboxDAO, so I want to compile also the CN version so that they can get a routine update on what has been going on, and jump into the rabbit hole of Juicebox if they wish. The corresponding town hall cn versions are here: https://docs.juicebox.money/zh/town-hall/ . Also I have been trying to post CN tweets to briefly introduce the town hall subjects in their respective threads.
3. Tweets of ongoing governance activities. At the beginning of every governance cycle, I will compile threaded Chinese tweets, on one hand to call out governance engagement, and on the other, to provide abstract information for every proposal, so that members can get the gist of them and thus do their own research easier. And when temp check ends and Snapshot voting begins, I will follow up with a tweet to give updates about discussions and relevant proposal changes. I have been doing this out of the thoughts of lowering the participation barrier for Chinese speaking members, so that hopefully they want to get more involved in our community activities. These tweets can be found in https://twitter.com/zhape1112, and with the help of re-tweeting from our official account https://twitter.com/juiceboxETH, hopefully they can reach out to people interested in Juicebox.
4. Translation on the Juicebox project on Crowdin. I have been trying to keep the Chinese version of our website updated with the changes made.
5. A mod in the JuiceboxDAO Discord CN channels. I have been sharing updated info of Juicebox ecosystem with our members, as well as answering their questions and etc.

What I plan to do in the new payout period

1. Work together with Filipv in order to automate the making of town hall summaries and proposal abstracts.
2. Support Filipv to build a tool to summarize periodic JBDAO Discord activity in Chinese, so as to bring updates in our ecosystem to the Chinese speaking community in a timely manner.
3. Make Chinese content to introduce more about Juicebox protocol, its mechanism and what it is most suitable for.
4. Try to make content about our new fronts in Revnet and Bananapus, help users to understand and actively engage with applications like Bananapus, Defifa, Croptop, Juicecrowd, and etc.
5. Support all the needs of our community members, such as proposal making, internal communication, governance involvement enhancement, and etc. Try to host some sessions to exchange information or opinions with cn community members.
