juicebox

Background

On 2023-10-26, an issue with juicebox.money led to the Artizen project being configured incorrectly. To address this, I deployed a new project, set it up to match what Nene (Artizen’s founder) intended, and worked with him to point his ENS at the new project (so that the https://juicebox.money/@artizenfund URL would point to it instead of the old project).

In doing this, I paid various gas fees. This proposal would reimburse those gas fees.

To make the new project’s balance equal to the old project’s balance, I paid the new project 3.02 ETH and Jango paid the project 3 ETH. I’ve configured the old project to pay out its 6.02 ETH back to the JuiceboxDAO multisig, and transferred that project to the multisig. These funds will be returned once the current cycle expires on January 31st 2024.

This proposal would also reimburse jango and I for these amounts. To be clear, the multisig will get this money back on January 31st.
