Synopsis

Renew the recuring payout to DrGorilla.eth (via the project 421 Exhausted Pigeon), for a reduced amount ($15000/cycle), for a standard duration of 7 cycles.

Motivation

Versioning effort being now over, there is no real core development left (granted we don’t face any new bugs). Keeping contract engineers now is to insure the following goals:

• finishing building non-core functionalities (backlog on github or what might come out of the current discussions about pivoting or not)
• insuring safety of any new component (eg finishing testing the buyback delegate and lead its audit via code arena)
• support any dev need of project creator

These are lighter in terms of stress and workload than what the past year has been bringing, and this trend of reducing contract engineering work will hopefully continue, this is therefore a first step toward reducing/removing DrG payout in the long run
