Synopsis

Allocate grants to support the development of Juicebox Chinese community. 拨款支持 Juicebox 中文社区的发展。

Motivation

Many young people do not know that they can use the infrastructure of web3 to start their own business. Since October last year, the Hong Kong SAR government has supported the development of the Web3 ecosystem, and there is a compliant policy environment there.The Garage Web3 project holds workshops and provides training so that young people can learn to use Web3 tools such as DAO, NFT, TOKEN, and DeFi. 很多年輕人不知道可以利用web3的基礎設施開啟創業之路，去年十月以來，香港特區政府支持發展 Web3 生態圈，在當地有合規的政策環境。車庫Web3項目舉辦Workshop，提供培訓，讓年輕人學會使用DAO、NFT、TOKEN、DeFi等Web3工具。

Specification

• Build a list of speakers, supervised by community votes, to avoid reputational risks.建立講演者列表，由社區投票進行監督，避免聲譽風險
• A workshop is held in each financing cycle, with about 25 participants in each session.每一個融資週期舉辦一次workshop，參加人數25人左右。
• Incubation and curation of CN projects. We might be holding some launchathon, and select the winners by voting in the categories of influence, numbers of members, contribution received, etc; 中文项目的孵化及展示。我们会考虑举办一些项目创建大赛，通过投票的方式在影响力、成员人数及筹款金库等方面选出优胜者；

Rationale

The vision is to build the project into a self-sustaining one in the Juicebox ecosystem, instead of always asking for support from JBDAO. So, the main focus will be how to get some revenue and ultimately stand on its own 这个项目的展望是要把自身打造成一个 Juicebox 生态内自给自足的一个项目，不计划长期需要 JBDAO 的支持。因为，主要的关注点在于如何获得一些收入来最终能成形成自力更生的一个项目。

Risks

There might be poor management. We need to recruit some folks good at those categories along the way. 可能会有管理不善的风险。我们需要在发展的过程中招揽一些精于这些范畴的人。

Timeline
