Thesis:

Raise filipv’s recurring payout to $8,000 per funding cycle.

Abstract:

I would like to ask for the DAO’s support in making the transition from working on multiple projects to a full-time commitment to Juicebox. Along with having more time to focus on Juicebox, a full-time commitment will allow for a new level of focus, dedication, and presence.

Motivation:

This increased payout reflects a greater commitment and an increase in effort and impact when compared to my original recurring payout proposal. My involvement across multiple DAO focus areas has enabled me to address unique issues, and I hope to develop this further during and after the transition to V2.

My original recurring payout proposal noted responsibilities in Governance, Visibility & materials, and Community alignment. I will continue with these commitments, and am looking to commit to the following projects:

• Legal: Work with legal experts to mitigate risk to Juicebox DAO and groups throughout the Juicebox ecosystem.
• Documentation: Create non-technical documentation, tutorials, and resources for V2.
• Juicebox Ecosystem: Work directly with project creators to establish project configurations and governance processes. In the long term, develop templates and resources to scale this process.
• Web3 Ecosystem: Work with groups across the larger web3 ecosystem to connect Juicebox to new infrastructure and develop Juicebox’s capabilities.
• Mechanism: Contribute to research, planning, and implementation of projects related to Juicebox staking mechanisms and the JBX token.
• Treasury Management: Contribute to research, planning, and implementation of treasury strategies which will mitigate risk and contribute to the Juicebox ecosystem.
• Miscellaneous: Although difficult to capture in a proposal, a large portion of my work will likely not perfectly fit into one of these categories. As always, I plan to assist where needed to contribute to Juicebox DAOs long-term goals.

Risks:

A payout of this size should be weighed seriously. One of Juicebox DAO’s greatest qualities is resourcefulness.

This payout is to last from FC#17-FC#23 (inclusive).
