347 - Remove Outstanding Payout to dao-lawfirm

Remove approval for any outstanding portions of JBP-157 - One-time payout to dao-lawfirm.eth immediately upon this proposal’s Snapshot ratification.
Context
JBP-157 was submitted at tankbottom’s suggestion in order to accomplish some short-term legal goals. The proposal specified that $20,000 would be paid to dao-lawfirm up front, and that $20,000 would be paid to dao-lawfirm upon the delivery of the tasks laid out in the proposal. tankbottoms contributes to dao-lawfirm and was working on these tasks.
dao-lawfirm delivered a terms of service and several draft opinion letters, but never completed the remaining deliverables. 10 months have passed and the DAO has not received further updates as to the status of this work.
Additionally, tankbottoms has been accused of fraud by his collaborators at MovementDAO, another organization he works with. He also has not been in contact with JuiceboxDAO since December of 2022. Although we don’t have a complete picture, it seems safer to revoke DAO approval for any further legal spending with dao-lawfirm — at least until we get further clarification.
