JBP-71 - Juicebox V1.1 deploy

Summary:
The V1.1 terminal contract has been on Rinkeby for a little over a week now. Tests have gone well and I feel ready to move it to mainnet.
This proposal to deploy v1.1 and allow projects to migrate their treasuries from V1 to V1.1.
Risks:
- Protocol bugs.
- Community support time.
- More code to manage.
What changes are being proposed?
V1.1 comes with bug fixes and a few protocol improvements. See this post https://blog.juicebox.money/juicebox-v1-1-change-log/
What is the goal of the changes being proposed?
Make the protocol safer and more useful.
What is the expected impact of these changes?
New projects will be made using the V1.1 terminal. Projects using the V1 terminal can migrate to V1.1.
What help might be needed from Juicebox DAO and its members?
- Community support for migration process.
- Community support for the new features.
- Front end support making sure migrations are easy and safe.
