Synopsis

Reduce and renew payout of $3,800 per FC for 10 cycles to Sage for continuation of on demand illustrations and artwork for Juicebox and a one time payout of 10 million JBX

Motivation

What problem does this solve? Why now?

The art and illustrations continue to be an important part of the Juicebox identity and we should continue to use the visuals for promotion and visibility purposes. My illustrations are on almost every visual thing posted about Juicebox, the newsletter, twitter posts, the website. I hope to continue to spread Banny and friends across the crypto community and beyond. I believe (maybe i’m biased) but the art/illustrations/character design brings people in, and makes people interested and curious about the protocol. I plan to continue collaborating with Peel, the visibility team and other members of the JB community to make art for JB, Juicecrowd and other promotional material.

JBX have potential to be a great and popular coin especially with Banny and frens backing it and helping bring attention to JB through the art. Would love to host brainstorm sessions at the end of Town Halls or every other town hall to continue to explore how to spread Banny.

I hope to dive deep in with the other JB members on how to think big and expand the Banny brand. We have a good character that has Pepe potential. We just need to figure out how to harness it.

• Continue to add new illustrations/gifs to the tenor/giffy keyboard (Every download Giphy Sticker Extension on phone!) • Continue to make illustrations that will be used by the visibility team /discord / twitter  • Continue to work with Peel creating illustrations. • Connect with other orgs and work on collaborations and get Banny/Juicebox out into the world (Would love to work with visibility team to brainstorm on who we should reach out to)  • Produce merch for ETH Denver and have back stock for other conferences that can be shipped to people repping JB  • Have more NFT drops (that can be potentially redeemable for merch)  and other small projects like releasing a monthly drawing set that can be used for phone backgrounds etc  • I don’t know anything about stripe and crypto integration but I want to get a merch shop up and running ASAP

Rationale

People love Banny and friends and it’s important to continue to spread these characters around the ecosystem! Juicebox is complex and the art/illustrations can aid tremendously in conveying information and adding a visual break for project owners that are trying to understand/grasp the features.

Art isn’t just an afterthought in Juicebox; it’s a fundamental pillar alongside its amazing contracts and front-end. It’s the visual identity of Juicebox, and maintaining its appeal is crucial for attracting new followers.
