Proposal

1. Pay Juiceworks $6,410 per cycle for 7 cycles to help Juicebox project creators and expand Juicebox outreach.
2. Up to three times within the first year after this proposal’s approval, each time a Juiceworks-supported project raises more than 50 ETH, send Juiceworks 5m JBX.

The Goal

Increase the number of Juicebox projects launched each month as much as we can, with a focus on projects with large fundraising goals (over 100 ETH). For more, see our website.

The Plan

I’ve recruited two people to help me with Juiceworks:

• Chromuh is a creative technologist, artist, and designer. He’s studying communication design.
• Palmer has a background in sales, finance, and social media marketing.

On Monday, July 1st, we’ll begin a week of training. I’ll walk them through everything they need to know to help Juicebox projects in daily 2-hour meetings. Juiceworks members will also take on 2-3 hours of daily independent study. During this week, Juiceworks members will join my meetings with project creators. Right now I’m working with 5 prospective Juicebox projects – this will give them an opportunity to understand what real projects need help with.

From then on out, we’ll be:

1. Responding to inbound requests and messages in the Juicebox Discord server – both contact requests from juicebox.money and Discord messages.
2. Putting together a CRM to organize and bring more transparency to this process.
3. Scaling up online outreach. We’ll either continue running existing accounts or make new accounts on X and Farcaster. We’ll regularly post educational materials and reach out to prospective project creators.
4. Following the creation of new Juicebox projects and reaching out to their creators (if we can find them) if we aren’t already in contact with them.
5. Upgrading materials on the User Docs and JuiceboxDAO YouTube channel.
6. Working with Rene and Artizen projects to make the Artizen + Juicebox Match Fund a success.
