Synopsis

Reduce and renew the recurring payout for 0xBA5ED for 7 funding cycles, from $10,000 to $8,000 per funding cycle.

Motivation

My recurring payout has come to an end, this proposal will allow me to keep working full-time on Juicebox. Since my last proposal I have worked on various things. Here are some of the things I have worked on:

- Reviewed and optimized juice-721-delegate(/NFTRewards) V3.2
- Integrated JBOwnable into juice-721-delegate(/NFTRewards)
- Helped with JBTerminal3_0_1 and JBTerminal3_1 testing and review
- Wrote tests and simulations for V1, V1.1 and V2 deprecation
- DefiLlama adapter for Juicebox V1, V2 and V3
- Wrote a color library for the token resolver

Here are some things that I could work on in the next 7 cycles:
- Improve developer experience by writing a solidity library that simplifies working with the Juicebox Protocol
- Create a multi-delegate that gives more flexibility to extensions (and allows projects to use multiple extensions at the same time)
- Research and work on improving protocol limitations such as multi-cycle fundingcycle guarantees
- Juicebox adapter so it can use Uniswap V3 TWAP price feeds instead of Chainlink

The above are just some things I would like to work on and I think may be useful to the DAO/Protocol. However I will focus my time on what (I feel) the DAO finds most important.

Specification

For the next 7 funding cycles pay (0xBA5ED) `0xb045708e396E20071324C1aed2E4CFB90A0764FE` $8,000 per funding cycle and keep him on the list of beneficiaries of reserved JBX.

Rationale

Smart-contract developers are hard to hire because its new, niche and there is a high demand. 0xBA5ED is an experienced smart-contract developer and is comfortable with and has a good understanding of the Juicebox V3 codebase.

Risks

- Reduced quality or less code shipped than before
- 0xBA5ED could stop contributing

Timeline

This proposal should take effect immediately.
