PIP-07: Remove Deposit Fees For BAYC and MAYC Vaults

Abstract Removing the 0.5% deposit fee for each loan generated may increase adoption to the BAYC and MAYC Vaults
Background BAYC and MAYC are eligible to draw debt (PUSd) from lending vaults on the JPEG’d protocol. Each loan drawn incurs a 0.5% deposit fee deducted from the PUSd given to each borrower. To incentivize further demand of these vaults the protocol can remove these fees.
Proposal Remove the 0.5% deposit fee for the BAYC and MAYC vaults.
