initiate an airdrop to reward participants who have previously transferred to JPGD. This airdrop will distribute a 5 percent bonus of the total amount transferred. However, exclude wallets that have sold their JPGD since the initial transfer from receiving this bonus.
Additionally, modify the transfer window to remain open until 60 days from March 1, 2024, rather than being perpetually open.
