PIP-32: Create Tiered Interest Vaults
Abstract Create tiered interest vaults for NFT collections at or nearing debt ceilings.
Background Users of eligible NFTs can borrow either pETH or PUSd at fixed interest rates (5% and 2%, respectively) up to specified debt ceilings. This PIP would authorize the creation of new vaults (CryptoPunks-A, CryptoPunks-B, CryptoPunks-C) with new debt ceilings and higher interest rates. This helps normalize demand with yield supply generated from yield farming on JPEG’d.
Specifications Launch CryptoPunks-B vault for pETH with a 1,500 pETH debt ceiling. Launch BAYC-B vault for pETH with a 1,000 pETH debt ceiling Launch MAYC-B vault for pETH with a 250 pETH debt ceiling.
Interest for these B vaults will be 10% annually.
