Add additional vaults to PIP-35 for LTV to 25% using jpeg'd tokens

Following the same rules as PIP-35
we will also add MAYC, Pudgy Penguins, and Doodles to the list of vaults that can increase LTV to 25% using jpeg’d tokens.
This has been a success for Punks and BAYC, so no reason not to include these other vaults.
