This proposal is for adding GMD-AVAX LB market on TJ V2. $GMD
High Level:
Protocol Overview • GMD is a yield optimizing and aggregating platform built on top of existing applications and GMD’s reserve token on Arbitrum as well as Avalanche • GMD Protocol will earn Real Yield Revenue in ETH from the following sources: Protocol compounds 50% into GLP rewards and into protocol/performance fees to $GMD stakers in native $AVAX Pseudo-delta-neutral strategy a. Pseudo - Delta-Neutral - Buying GLP with USDC/WAVAX/W.BTC and allocating and adjustting them to GLP’s composition for the vaults (% spread) b. Delta-Neutral - Buying GLP with USDC/WAVAX/W.BTC and allocating and adjustting them to GLP’s composition for the vaults (% spread) C. Manual Rebalancing of Deposits - (Protoco always has 5-15% of maximum value deposited. Ex. $1m tvl deposited = 50-150k of USDC/ETH/BTC of Protocol’s GLP/BFR and future vaults. These funds are then used to hedge against volatile market conditions that effect GLPs price to ensure higher APR for our investors
Token Overview
• GMD deploy delta-neutral or pseudo-delta-neutral strategies to aggregate yields from an index pool or an LP to its constituent individual assets (using treasury to hedge against pool losses/apr drops from winning trades), eliminating their risks of impermanent loss or exposure to unwanted assets. • GMDs first vault on Avax consists of GLP assets; as the vault fills
