Return unclaimed distributed INST to Gov Treasury
Summary
This snapshot would return all unclaimed INST initially distributed to users on June 15, 2021, (INST from token launch) back to the Instadapp Governance Treasury. This includes would include INST tokens distributed on both mainnet and polygon network. 1m votes is required to achieve quorum. This proposal does not affect tokens received or yet to be claimed through liquidity mining.
Description:
3 months after the token launch and the amount of claimed INST is still relatively small, less than 16%. The protocol has experienced more consistent growth through its Liquidity Mining rewards. These INST tokens are overall claimed and utilized when received through Liquidity Mining.
If this snapshot passes, the Instadapp Governance will reclaim ~8,612,197 INST tokens on Mainnet and ~768,906 INST tokens on Polygon that remain unclaimed from the token launch.
