Summary

This proposal implements several key changes: (1) establishing launch allowance limits for the sUSDS<>USDT DEX pool and its T4 vault, (2) removing Team Multisig as authorized address for both the DEX and vault, (3) setting launch limits for LBTC-stable vaults, (4) setting the rebalancer for sUSDS-USDT, (5) updating supply and borrow shares for the LBTC-cbBTC DEX, and (6) updating caps and risk parameters for the GHO-USDC DEX and vault. These changes collectively enhance protocol flexibility, improve risk management, and transfer operational control from the team multisig to governance.

2. Vault Management:

   • Remove Team Multisig as vault auth for:
     • sUSDS-USDT T4 vault (ID 116)
     • LBTC/USDC vault (ID 107)
     • LBTC/USDT vault (ID 108)
     • LBTC/GHO vault (ID 109)
   • Set launch limits for LBTC-stable vaults:
     • LBTC/USDC vault (ID 107)
     • LBTC/USDT vault (ID 108)
     • LBTC/GHO vault (ID 109)
   • Update GHO-USDC/GHO-USDC vault (ID 61) with new user supply/borrow configs and risk parameters

3. Smart Lending:

   • Set rebalancer for sUSDS-USDT smart lending (Smart Lending 31):
     • Assign FLUID_RESERVE contract as rebalancer
     • Improve automated liquidity management and protocol efficiency

This proposal establishes robust launch limits for new and existing pools and vaults, improves risk and liquidity management, and transitions operational control from the team multisig to governance. These changes collectively enhance the protocol’s flexibility, security, and capacity for growth, while ensuring that risk parameters and rebalancing mechanisms are up to date and effective.
