Summary

This proposal sets up the launch limits for cbBTC-USDT DEX vault, USD0-USDC & fxUSD-USDC smart lendings and dust limits cbBTC-ETH DEX vault while increasing the weETH-ETH supply shares limits. The proposal also constricts the BOLD-USDC DEX and updates the rewards for fUSDC & fUSDT. It also sets the rebalancers for the USD0-USDC & fxUSD-USDC smart lendings.

Setting Team Multisig as Vault and DEX Auth

The Avocado team multisig: 0x4F6F977aCDD1177DCD81aB83074855EcB9C2D49e will serve as the auth for Vault and DEX management for setting up the initial configuration of the following vaults and DEX:

Description

The proposal includes the following:

1. Vault Management:

   • Set launch limits for the cbBTC-USDT T4 vault:
     • Vault ID 105 - cbBTC-USDT<>cbBTC-USDT - TYPE 4
   • Set dust limits for the cbBTC-ETH T4 vault:
     • Vault ID 106 - cbBTC-ETH<>cbBTC-ETH - TYPE 4
   • Set launch limits and rebalancers for the following Smart Lendings:
     • fSL23 - USD0-USDC
     • fSL24 - fxUSD-USDC

2. DEX Management:

   • Set launch limits for the cbBTC-USDT DEX:
     • DEX Pool 22 - cbBTC<>USDT
   • Set dust limits for the cbBTC-ETH DEX:
     • DEX Pool 26 - cbBTC<>ETH

3. Multisig Authorization:

   • Add team multisig as auth for the following:

     • (Vault ID 106) cbBTC-ETH<>cbBTC-ETH
   • Remove team multisig as auth from the following:
     • (DEX Pool 22) cbBTC<>USDT

Conclusion

This proposal sets the introductory launch limits for the cbBTC-USDT DEX and its T4 vault and the two new smart lendings USD0-USDC, fxUSD-USDC while setting the dust limits for the new cbBTC-ETH DEX and its T4 vault. The multisig authorization updates allow flexible management of vaults on the liquidity layer. Finally, the Update in fUSDC and fUSDT rewards contract helps to smoothly continue the rewards on these lending vaults.
