Summary

This proposal sets the oracles for USDC collateral vaults and resets the dust limits for the ezETH-ETH DEX, ezETH<>wstETH T1 & ezETH-ETH<>wstETH T2 vaults while also setting the max supply shares for USR-USDC & deUSD-USDC. The proposal also sets USDC-USDT DEX fee handler as auth on the payload to adjust the fees on the DEX pool dynamically based on market conditions.

Setting Team Multisig as Vault and DEX Auth

The Avocado team multisig: 0x4F6F977aCDD1177DCD81aB83074855EcB9C2D49e will serve as the auth for Vault and DEX management for setting up the initial configuration of the following vaults and DEX:

• (Vault ID 103) ezETH<>wstETH
• (Vault ID 104) ezETH-ETH<>wstETH

Set DEX Fee Handler as DEX Auth

DEX Fee Handler as the Auth for USDC<>USDT (DEX Pool 2) will only be added if Team Multisig sets the DEX Fee Handler before the execution of the payload. This Handler will help manage the dynamic fees for the USDC<>USDT DEX.

The proposal includes the following:

1. Vault Management:

   • Lower limits for the ezETH vaults:
     • Vault ID 103 - ezETH/wstETH - TYPE 1
     • Vault ID 104 - ezETH-ETH/wstETH - TYPE 2
   • Set Oracles for USDC collateral vaults:
     • Vault ID 100 - USDC/ETH - TYPE 1
     • Vault ID 101 - USDC/WBTC - TYPE 1
     • Vault ID 102 - USDC/cbBTC - TYPE 1

2. DEX Management:

   • Lower limits for the ezETH<>ETH DEX:
     • DEX Pool 21 - ezETH<>ETH
   • Set maximum supply shares for:
     • DEX Pool 19 - deUSD-USDC
     • DEX Pool 20 - USR-USDC
   • Set DEX Fee Handler as the auth for:
     • DEX Pool 2 - USDC<>USDT

3. Multisig Authorization:

   • Add team multisig as auth for the following:
     • (DEX Pool 21) ezETH<>ETH
     • (Vault ID 103) ezETH<>wstETH
     • (Vault ID 104) ezETH-ETH<>wstETH

Conclusion

This proposal resets the initial limits for ezETH<>ETH DEX & ezETH<>wstETH, ezETH-ETH<>wstETH vaults while also setting the oracles for the USDC collateral vault facilitating the smooth launch of these vaults to the liquidity layer. The proposal also sets maximum supply shares for the deUSD-USDC & USR-USDC DEXes in order to limit the overall supply to the smart lending vaults. Finally, the setting of DEX Fee Handler as the auth will facilitate the efficient management of the dynamic fees for the pool.
