Instadapp

Summary:

This proposal integrates the Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault by adding it as Protocol ID 8 and including it in the allocation pools. By introducing this new vault, users will benefit from additional yield sources and increased diversification of the Lite Vault.

Proposal:

Adding Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault:

Integrating Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault into the protocol allocation pool will offer users additional yield sources and increased diversification. Users will benefit from increased yields with the inclusion of this vault, optimizing returns and efficiency for their wstETH/ETH holdings.

Updating Risk Ratios

With the inclusion of wstETH/ETH we also propose updating the risk ratios slightly keeping the vault rates competitive. Current rates in parenthesis:

• Spark: 89% (88%)
• Aave v3: 91% (88%)
• Morpho-Aave v3: 89% (88%)
• Fluid: 91% (New)

The aggregate ratio for the vault will change from 78.5% to 83.5%

Code Changes:

The Instadapp Lite implementation will be updated to include Protocol ID 8 for Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault.

Reason:

These updates aim to enhance the Instadapp ecosystem by providing users with more diverse strategies for their wstETH/ETH holdings. Integrating Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault enhances yield sources and diversification, optimizing returns and efficiency.

Updating the Risk Ratios will keep the vault rates competitive and better match the current market LTVs:

• Spark LT is currently: 93%
• Aave v3 e-Mode LT is currently: 95%
• Morpho Aave v3 LT is currently: 93%

Result:

Integration of Fluid wstETH/ETH Vault into the Instadapp Lite ecosystem and updates risk ratios for vaults protocols.
