Summary:

This proposal updates initially launched T4 vaults to new optimized oracles while setting allowances for WBTC<>USDC & fGHO from reserve contract. The proposal also facilitates the transfer of $FLUID to team multisig to extend the FLUID rewards for another month.

Description:

This governance proposal helps to update the oracles for T4 vaults and also helps to set allowances from reserve contract while transferring $FLUID for rewards to the team multisig. Hence the proposal encapsulates:

1. Oracle Updates for T4 Vaults:

   • Update the oracles for the following vaults:
     • Vault ID 44 - wsETH-ETH/wsETH-ETH - TYPE 4
     • Vault ID 51 - cbBTC-wBTC/cbBTC-wBTC - TYPE 4
     • Vault ID 61 - cGHO-USDC/GHO-USDC - TYPE 4

2. Transfer $FLUID for Rewards:

   • 240K $FLUID is transferred to the team multisig for the rewards as follows:
     • 195K $FLUID
       • Stables Lending
       • BTC/stables
       • ETH-USDC T4 Vault
     • 15K $FLUID
       • cbBTC-WBTC T4 Vault - 30 Days
     • 30K $FLUID

3. Set allowances from reserve contract:

   • The allowances are set for the following vaults from the reserve contract:

Conclusion:

This proposal updates wstETH-ETH & WBTC-cbBTC T4 vaults’ oracles to newer version which is around 10% more optimized. The transfer of $FLUID rewards helps to renew the ongoing rewards on the target vaults for smooth continuation of the incentives. Setting the allowances from reserve contract on vault and fGHO to rebalance the market.
