Summary

This proposal helps to update the range for ETH based DEXes and update WBTC<>cbBTC DEX configs while increasing the vault limits for rsETH/wstETH vault. The proposal also updates wstETH market rate curve and borrow cap and Adds rebalancer to fGHO.

Description

This governance proposal helps to update the DEX configs for WBTC<>cbBTC & ETH based DEXes while updating the rsETH/wstETH vault limits:

1. DEX Pool Configurations:

   • Update Range and Shift Time configurations for:
     • DEX Pool 1 - wstETH<>ETH
     • DEX Pool 9 - weETH<>ETH
     • DEX Pool 13 - rsETH<>ETH
     • DEX Pool 14 - weETHs<>ETH
   • Update Threshold and Min Max Share configurations for:
     • DEX Pool 3 - WBTC<>cbBTC

2. Vault Limit Updates:

   • Update supply and borrow limits for rsETH/wstETH vault
     • Vault ID 79 - rsETH / wstETH - TYPE 1

3. Additional Protocol Updates:

   • Update the market rate curve and token configs for wstETH
   • Add the rebalancer for fGHO
