Summary

This proposal helps to set limits at launch for the rsETH<>ETH DEX Pool along with its corresponding vaults on liquidity layer, along with launch limits for the mETH/stable vaults. The proposal also helps to collect the revenue for ETH, wstETH, USDC, USDT, GHO, WBTC, cbBTC from liquidity layer.

The revenue of the follwoing tokens are collected from the reserves on liquidity layer:

Description

This governance proposal helps to set the launch configs of the upcoming DEXes and the Vaults by expanding their limits along with updating their necessary authorizations:

1. DEX Pool Configuration:

   • Update launch allowance, the supply configurations for:
     • DEX Pool 14 - rsETH<>ETH

2. Vault Management:

   • Update launch allowances for the mETH/stable vaults
     • Vault ID 81 - mETH/USDC - TYPE 1
     • Vault ID 82 - mETH/USDT - TYPE 1
     • Vault ID 83 - mETH/GHO - TYPE 1
   • Update launch allowances, the borrow and supply configurations for:
     • Vault ID 78 - rsETH-ETH / wstETH - TYPE 2 [Smart Collateral]
     • Vault ID 79 - rsETH / wstETH - TYPE 1

3. Multisig Authorization Updates:

   • Remove team multisig as auth from the recent rsETH<>ETH DEX pool and corresponding vault along with removal from mETH/stable vaults

4. Additional Protocol Updates:

   • Collect revenue from liquidity layer for ETH, wstETH, USDC, USDT, GHO, WBTC, cbBTC

Conclusion

This proposal introduces key updates to the Liquidity Layer focusing on configuring launch limits for rsETH<>ETH DEX pool and its vaults while also setting the borrowing and withdrawal launch limits for the mETH/stable vaults. Along with the removal of avocado team multisig as the vault authority from the recent set of DEXes and Vaults, the overall updates ensures the expansion of liquidity layer for optimized and flexible management of liquidity.
