Summary

This proposal aims to update the configurations for the INST<>ETH DEX pool & Smart Vault and th new USDC<>ETH DEX pool. It also reduces the limits for old USDC<>ETH DEX pool by updating its supply and borrow configs along with setting the team multisig as the Auth for all the aforementioned DEX pools and Vaults.

Add Team Multisig as the Auth

Note: The Vault and DEX IDs will be set before the execution by the Team Multisig after those are deployed

Description

The above proposal sets the INST<>ETH and new USDC<>ETH DEX pool limits by updating the supply and borrow configurations. The configurations of INST-ETH / ETH Smart vault are also altered.

The proposal also shrinks the limits of the old USDC<>ETH DEX Pool while setting the team multisig as the auth for

Conclusion

This proposal helps configure the new INST<>ETH DEX Pool & Smart Vault and USDC<>ETH DEX Pool with necessary supply and borrow parameters. The proposal also facilitates the transition to updated configurations by reducing limits for older USDC<>ETH DEX pool. Setting the team multisig as DEX and vault auth enables flexible management of those DEXes and Vaults.
