Summary

This proposal aims to update the withdrawal, borrowing limits and Max shares for the WBTC-cbBTC DEX pool and the configs of cbBTC-WBTC / cbBTC-WBTC Smart vault. It also optimizes vault configurations for sUSDe/stable, weETH/stable and weETHs/wstETH by updating their supply and borrow configs along with reducing the withdrawal limits of v1.0.0 vaults.

Adjust v1.0.0 Vaults limits (Vault ID 1 - 10)

The Withdrawal limits will be reduced to whichever is lower out of $1000 and Total Supply + 0.1% on the following legacy vaults:

• (Vault ID 3) wstETH/ETH
• (Vault ID 4) wstETH/USDC
• (Vault ID 5) wstETH/USDT

• (Vault ID 8) sUSDe/USDT
• (Vault ID 9) weETH/USDC
• (Vault ID 10) weETH/USDT

Description

The above proposal doubles the WBTC-cbBTC DEX pool size by updating the supply and borrow configurations and also expanding the max shares of the pool. The cbBTC-WBTC / cbBTC-WBTC Smart collateral Smart debt vault limits are also bumped up.

The proposal also expands the limits for the following vaults:

• sUSDe/USDC
• sUSDe/USDT
• weETH/USDC
• weETH/USDT
• weETHs/wstETH

The proposal also reduces the withdrawal limits of the legacy vaults (Vault ID 1 - 10) to help with user migration to new vaults.

Conclusion

The proposal strengthens Fluid by deepening the liquidity and bumping up the withdrawal & borrowing limits for key DEX pools and vaults. These updates ensure better liquidity provisioning, promote efficient utilization of assets and accomodat the needs of active users providing better access to liqiudity and support the Fluid’s long-term growth.
