Summary

This proposal sets launch limits for the ETH<>weETH DEX Pool and ETH-weETH/wstETH Smart Collateral Vault, removes team multisig as auth from these DEX and Vault, adds rate handlers for USDe and sUSDe, collects revenue for selected tokens, reduces borrow and withdrawal limits on legacy vaults, and updates oracles for selected vaults to enhance security and efficiency.

The proposal includes expanding the limits and removing team multisig as auth from the following:

The proposal also collects revenues from the following token reserves:

The proposal sets Rate Handlers for sUSDe & USDe in the following vaults:

• sUSDe / USDT

The proposal also reduces the borrow and withdraw limits for the legacy vaults (Vault IDs 1 - 10)

And updates the oracles for the following vaults

• wstETH / USDC-USDT
