The Avocado team multisig: 0x4F6F977aCDD1177DCD81aB83074855EcB9C2D49e will be removed as the auth for vault management for the new vaults above that were introduced in IGP#45.

Description

This proposal primarily focuses on increasing the supply and borrow limits of DEXes and the new vaults (Types 2, 3, and 4) that were initially set in IGP-45 on the liquidity layer. Additionally, it will remove the Avocado team multisig as Vault Auth for these new vaults.

The proposal also sets narrow limits for the GHO<>USDC DEX pool and set limits for the GHO lending vault.

Conclusion

These final updates of expanding the supply and borrow limits and reverting the auth for the new vaults will help facilitate the efficient and successful launch of the DEX Protocol and DEX Vaults. The limits will support the preliminary setup of GHO on the liquidity layer.
