Description:
This proposal upgrades the DeFi Smart Accounts (DSA) and introduces EIP-1271 support this proposal includes the code to execute Mainnet and permissions the team to update the implementation on secondary networks: Polygon, Avalanche, Base, Optimism and Arbitrum.

Conclusion:
This proposal upgrades DeFi Smart Account contracts to add support for EIP-1271. This enhancement will allow DSAs to sign messages and verify signatures, improving security and compatibility with other protocols that rely on EIP-1271 standards.
